The supply chain of organic products must meet strict standards – each link must provide compliance certificates and undergo regular audits by certification bodies. Only when the entire chain meets the requirements can the organic certification be guaranteed to be valid.
Our organic compliance capability has been certified by SKAL (the “Organic Agriculture Product Certification Foundation” in the Netherlands), which is the core qualification for the storage and fulfillment of organic products. All enterprises involved in organic products must hold this certification. We ensure continuous compliance through annual audits every year.
The three core guarantees for organic compliance:
- Dust-free storage area: Organic products are stored in sealed protective containers, and the storage environment is strictly kept dust-free to minimize the risk of external contamination;
- First-In-First-Out (FIFO) management: Managed according to the principle of “products entered first are removed first”, ensuring the freshness and validity period compliance of the products;
- Batch/lot number traceability: Through strict batch number registration, the receiving time, storage location, and processing nodes of each batch of products are recorded to achieve full-cycle traceability.
